At this event, Coach Hoffman will be discussing the Playtri approach to recovery, and its integral part in accumulating load for long-term adaptation and success in triathlon.

"The more training we do, the better we get - but the key to doing more training is to recover effectively from today's session so we can successfully complete tomorrow's session. If we are able to identify and address weaknesses in recovery, some which may only require a few minutes of our time, we will ultimately be able to do more and adapt faster."

Recovery is a term tossed around by athletes and coaches on a daily basis, but how can we create a PLAN for recovery like we have a plan for training? What are your recovery weaknesses?
