The triathlon lifestyle is all about sustainability and playing a long game that leads to cumulative fitness over time. Let's discuss finding a balance of recovery, without losing all of your gains from the recent season.

We will be giving away a 60 minute strength training session ($90 value) and a 30 minute coach planning consult ($45 value) at the end of the presentation to help two lucky athletes get their off-season started on the right foot!
