Walking in road shoes can be hazardous, but Speedplay's Ultra Light Action Walkable Cleats have an integrated rubber housing that takes the sketchiness out of cafe entryways and slippery ground. The housing also protects the metal part of the cleat from wear, and has a low profile that allows a natural, comfortable gait. The cleats also have a removable rubber cover that snaps in to seal out dirt and are compatible with all standard three- and four-hole shoes, so you won't have to fiddle with extra adapters.
